Registration packets for students will be available at the school sites beginning the last Monday in April. It is recommended that you take the packet home to be completed and returned to the school offices prior to the close of school.
After the school offices close for the summer, registration packets will be available at the District Office located at 309 N. Rios Avenue in Solana Beach, during regular office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Registration packets can be returned to the school of residence when school offices open in August.
Registrations will only be accepted withthe following documentation:
Children entering kindergarten must be 5 years of age on or before October 1, 2013. Student age is verified by one of the following:
Must be shown by presenting a signed doctor's immunization card before student will be assigned to a class list.
An oral health data collection form must be completed by a licensed dentist or other licensed or registered health professional. The form must be submitted by May 31st, in either kindergarten or first time enrolled first graders.
Refer to the Solana Beach Board Policy for the necessary proof of residence.
